At PawFur, we're all about happy cats and happy cat parents! We truly believe in our sustainable tofu-based litter, and we want you to love it as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:
Changed Your Mind? No Worries!
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your PawFur litter. This applies even if you simply change your mind!

How to Initiate a Return: Just drop us an email at info@pawfur.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

Returning Your Litter: You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure it's sent back via a recorded delivery service within 14 days of notifying us.

Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your full refund (including the original standard postage costs you paid) within 14 days.

Care for Returns: We kindly ask that you take reasonable care of the product and its packaging until it reaches us. Any damage may affect our ability to issue a full refund.

We do our very best to ensure every bag of PawFur litter is perfect. However, if your order arrives faulty, isn't fit for its purpose, or isn't as described, the 14-day limit for returns does not apply.

Reporting an Issue: Please provide photo evidence as soon as you discover a problem or damage. Send this along with a description of the issue to info@pawfur.co.uk.

Resolution: Once we've reviewed it, you'll have 30 days to arrange a return for a refund or replacement. We'll work with you to find the best solution!
Beyond 14 Days (Non-Faulty Items):
If you wish to return an item after the initial 14-day period (and it's not faulty), please contact us with a written explanation of your reason for the return. Returns in this circumstance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a full refund may not always be possible, depending on the circumstances.
Delays or Missing Orders:
In the rare event of a delayed or missing order, our liability for compensation will be limited to the value of your order. We are unable to provide additional compensation (for example, for any inconvenience caused).
